3.2 We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.

4.2 The gift card will be issued for the total amount paid for the returned item(s), including any applicable taxes, and will be valid for future purchases on our website.
